Board Meetings

The AzAMFT Board meetings are open to anyone who wishes to attend. In-person meetings will take place at Mimi’s Cafe in Phoenix (west of I-10 on south side of Ray Road). Teleconference participants will be given login access information. If you would like to attend an upcoming meeting, please contact our President, Karen Gage, a few days before the meeting.

If you are a Board member or Committee Chair and unable to attend a meeting, please send a representative on your behalf and/or send our President a brief written report. Attendance is crucial for achieving continuity and coordination, with many activities needing Board approval.
